Qingzhi Zhao, male, associate professor, graduated from the School of Surveying and Mapping of Wuhan University, and currently works in Xi'an University of Science and Technology. He served as the reviewer of international SCI and EI journals in surveying and mapping, remote sensing and other fields, such as Journal of Geodesy, GPS Solutions, IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing, etc., as well as the young editorial board member of Journal of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, and member of the 2022 International Academic Conference Committee on Remote Sensing and Mapping. At present, he is the leader of the near-earth space water environment research group, and his research includes GNSS and RS satellite data processing, GNSS and RS satellite multi-source water vapor fusion inversion and innovative applications. In the past five years, more than 50 SCI, EI and other academic papers have been published in surveying and mapping, remote sensing, meteorology and other fields, including more than 40 papers in SCI and EI by the first or corresponding authors, with a total number of citations exceeding 900, and 10 papers in TOP journals, 2 of 10 papers were selected as ESI highly cited papers in 2021 and 2022, respectively. 5 authorized invention patents and 5 software copyrights; It has won four provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards, including the first prize, the second prize and the third prize, and one provincial and ministerial technology invention award; Presided over 10 projects including National Natural Science Foundation of China (youth and general), China Postdoctoral Science Foundation of China (general and special funding), Shaanxi Natural Science Basic Research Program, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education Service Local Special Scientific Research Program, Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education Scientific Research Program, and presided over 1 school level teaching reform project, 1 school level "undergraduate teaching case library" construction project (key), He won the titles of "The Fourth Science and Technology Star of Xi'an University of Science and Technology", "The Sixth Xu Wonderful Young Teacher Award of Xi'an University of Science and Technology", and "Shaanxi Young Science and Technology Star".
赵庆志，男，博士/后，副教授，毕业于武汉大学测绘学院，目前就职于西安科技大学。担任《Journal of Geodesy》、《GPS Solutions》、《IEEE Transactions on Geoscience and Remote Sensing》等多个测绘、遥感等领域国际SCI和EI期刊审稿人，担任《西安科技大学学报》青年编委、2022年遥感与测绘国际学术会议委员会成员等。目前为近地空间水环境课题组负责人，研究方向为GNSS与RS卫星数据处理、GNSS与RS卫星等多源水汽融合反演及其创新应用研究。近五年来，在测绘、遥感、气象等领域共发表SCI、EI等学术论文50余篇，其中第一和通讯作者SCI、EI论文40余篇，TOP期刊论文10篇、2篇分别入选2021和2022年ESI高被引论文，总被引次数超过900余次。获授权发明专利5项，软件著作权5项；获省部级科学技术进步奖一等奖、二等奖和三等奖共4项、省部级技术发明奖二等奖1项；主持国家自然科学基金项目（青年和面上）、中国博士后科学基金项目（面上和特别资助）、陕西省自然科学基础研究计划项目、陕西省教育厅服务地方专项科研计划项目、陕西省教育厅科研计划项目等10余项，主持校级教改项目1项、校级“本科教学案例库”建设项目（重点）1项，获“西安科技大学第四届科技新星”、“西安科技大学第六届徐精彩青年教师奖”、“陕西省青年科技新星”称号。
