Xudong Tong, male, academician of the International Academy of Astronautics, second class professor, former director of the National Bureau of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense, and chief designer of major science and technology projects of the National High Resolution Earth Observation System. He was selected into the first National "New Century Hundred Thousand Talents Project", was awarded the trans century academic and technical leader of China National Aerospace Corporation, won two second prizes of National Defense Science and Technology Award, one first prize of Military Science and Technology Progress Award, and twice won the "Outstanding Contribution Award of China Manned Space Engineering". In 2021, he will work in Nanjing University of Information Engineering, and in January 2022, he will hire the Dean of the Institute of Remote Sensing and Surveying and Mapping Engineering. It is mainly engaged in aerospace engineering and remote sensing satellite overall technology, satellite application and related information platform construction for industry and region, communication, navigation and remote sensing integration, research on key components of remote sensing payload, and industrialization development of remote sensing application.

童旭东，男，国际宇航科学院院士，二级教授，原国防科工局重大专项工程中心主任、国家高分辨率对地观测系统重大科技专项总设计师。入选国家首届“新世纪百千万人才工程”，被评为中国航天总公司跨世纪学术和技术带头人，获得国防科学技术奖二等奖2项，军队科技进步奖一等奖1项，两次荣获“中国载人航天工程突出贡献奖”。2021年赴南京信息工程大学工作，2022年元月聘任遥感与测绘工程学院院长。主要从事航天工程及遥感卫星总体技术、面向行业和区域、通信导航遥感一体化的卫星应用及相关信息平台建设、遥感载荷关键器件研究、遥感应用产业化发展。
